If you'd like to try archery, you'll need to come to our Indoor 1 class for first-timers before joining the main Junior Olympic (JOAD) classes or adult meetups. Parents who want to shoot with their kids in their classes or at the quarterly Family Fun Shoots, must also registered for Indoor 1. The next Indoor 1: First-Time Classes will be on Saturday, March 6 (4 spots left), and March 13 (5 spots left) at 1:30-3:30. Please register at least BY FRIDAY EVENING before the Saturday class you wish to attend. These classes often fill up quickly, so please register early for one below... (Keep scrolling WAY down to the fill-in fields!) And for groups who think archery could be a really cool thing to do - do an Intro to Archery group session (see below). INDOOR 1: FIRST-TIME QUALIFYING CLASS FOR: YOUTHS (8-18), their PARENTS, and other ADULTS who have never been to our classes before. (You do not need to be a parent to join.) WHEN: Saturdays, 1:30-3:30 FEE: $ 20 per person for two hours (Most people qualify for the other classes after only one first-time session. In your next class, you'll only pay $ 15 until you are considered an advanced/competitive archer. Equipment and instruction provided. We take a maximum of 9 first-timers on available Saturdays. We do not take credit cards. Please bring either a check or cash. The minimum age is 8 years old for JOAD archers in our Junior Olympic training program. Parents and adult relatives are encouraged to take this class together with the JOAD archer, and you can shoot with your young archer in the regular classes - (If space is limited, kids have priority!) About three times a year we have Family Fun Tournaments, where the parents team up with the kids...provided the parents have taken the first-time Indoor 1 class! Adult Archers:
